How much is the total lesson fee for 4 people?

If 2 hour lesson (AM or PM), lesson fee for up to 2 people is 44,000 yen and 6,600 yen for additional person, so, total lesson fee for 4 people is 57,200yen (44,000 + 6,600 X 2). If 4 hour lesson (full day), total lesson fee for 4 people is 83,600 yen (66,000 + 8,800 X 2).

How much is the lesson fee for our children?

Lesson fee for children is same as for adults.

Is the lesson available for our child (3-year-old)?

Sorry, age of child has to be 5 or older.

Is lift ticket/pass included in the lesson fee?

No, not included. Please buy at ski area.

Can we take group lesson?

No, all of our lessons are private lesson.

Which ski area are we having lesson? We are beginners.

The place of lesson will be Niseko Annupuri ski area because Niseko Annupuri is the best ski area for beginners.
Niseko Annupuri ski area has more easy slopes and less crowed than the other Niseko ski areas.

I am an intermediate (or advanced) skier. Can I have lesson at Grand Hirafu ski area?

Yes, you can have lesson at Grand Hirafu ski area.

2 of us want to ski and 3 of us want to snowboard. Can we take lesson together?

No, you need to take and pay for 2 separate lessons, one by ski instructor and another by snowboard instructor.

We are group of 8 adults. Can we take lesson together?

Normally the biggest size of group is 6 people. It is depend on ski level of your group members.

2 of us are first time skier and 2 of us are intermediate skier. Can we take lesson together?

No, we do not recommend you to take lesson together.
Lesson for beginners will be made on flat or very easy slopes while lesson for intermediate skiers will be made on steeper slopes.

We are family of 2 adults and 2 children. Can we take lesson together?

If you are all beginner or same level of skiing, you can take lesson together.

If I take morning lesson and if I want to additionally take afternoon lesson, can I extend lesson?

If instructor is available, you can extend lesson.

What is the cancel policy on lesson?

Cancel fee will be charged if you cancel;
7days or more before the first day of lesson – no cancel fee
6 days to one day before the first day of lesson – 30 % of the lesson fee
On the day of lesson or no show – 100 % of the lesson fee

If I have to quit lesson due to bad health condition or injury, would lesson fee be refunded?

If it happens after lesson began, no refund will be made.

Are we insured for injury during lesson?

Yes, you are covered by accident and liability insurance.

We enjoy skiing for the first time. Do we have to buy lift passes in advance?

No you don't. If you're good at skiing, you'll need a lift pass.
Beginner skiers can usually ride the chairlift twice in the morning.
On the day of the lesson, we can help you purchase your tickets.

Rental

What is “Beginner Package”?

If you are first time skier, Beginner Package is available for you.
You only pay lesson fee and you can use rental ski set (skis, boots and poles) free of charge. If you need ski wear, helmet, goggle and gloves, additional fee will be 4,400 yen for all of those items.

If I take lesson on Day-1 and continue skiing on Day-2 without lesson, how do you charge for rentals?

Normal rental fee for one day will be charged for Day-2 (5,500 yen for ski set, 9,900 yen for full set).

Do I have to return rentals back to your shop?

No, you can leave rentals at your hotel.
We will pick them up at your hotel.

Is rental snowboard and boots available?

Yes, you can rent snowboard gear.
We have an affiliate rental shop for snowboard gear.

Can I rent helmet only or goggle only?

Yes, you can rent any one of accessories.

Pick up and transportation service

Do you pick us up at our hotel for lesson and/or rental?

Yes, we will pick you up at your hotel.
It takes 10 to 15 min. to our shop from most of hotels in Niseko resort area.
It takes 15 min. to Niseko Annupuri (or Grand Hirafu) ski area from our shop.

After skiing, how can we go back to our hotel?

If you continue skiing by yourself after lesson, you need to take Niseko United shuttle bus or your hotel’s shuttle service or taxi to go back to your hotel.
If you finish skiing at the end of lesson, we may be able to drive you back to your hotel.

We are arriving at our hotel in Niseko sometime in the afternoon and want to have ski lesson on the next day.
We need full set rentals. What would be the time schedule?

Typical time schedule will be as follows;

On the day for lesson;
We will pick you up at your hotel at 9:00AM.
You will choose your ski equipment at our rental shop.
10:00AM Enjoy skiing!
12:00-1:00 Lunch time.
1:00PM-3:00PM Enjoy skiing!
3:30PM go back to your hotel.

Note ; If you are arriving at your hotel in Niseko late evening or it is inconvenient for you to come to our shop on that day, we will pick you up at around 8:30 to 9:00 on the next day for rental followed by lesson.
We will try to flexibly adjust time schedule for rental and lesson to accommodate your travel plan.

Booking and Payment

How can I book the lesson?

When you have decided to book lesson, please send us a confirmation email for booking, then we will send you an invoice (PayPal link) for your advance payment which will secure your booking.
If you are not very sure what you are renting and how many days, we will invoice you only for lesson fee.
You can pay for rentals when you come to our shop.
