O-MO-TE-NA-SHI ski lesson in English by Japanese instructor

All of our staff are Japanese. We offer lessons in English to the skiers of any level, from beginners who see the snow for the first time to the advanced skiers who come to Niseko seeking fresh POW.
In addition, we will be happy to help you having some other unforgettable experiences with local food and hot spring in Niseko.

In 1995, I went to France (Chamonix) to gain the higher level of skiing skills.
From 1996 to 2003, I competed in the Moguls at All Japan Championship as a Tokyo Team member.
In 1998 and 1999, I was a member of the All Japan Junior National Team.
In 1999 and 2001, I won SAJ official A Class competition twice.
In 2001, I placed 6th at the All Japan Championship Mogul.

In 2002 Season, I was ranked 5th in the Europe Cup Mogul Overall Ranking.

Qualification:
Qualified ski instructor in France
Ski Association of Japan, Freestyle A Class Referee (Mogul)
French Ski School (Chamonix School) Ski Instructor

I have 15-year career as an instructor at a ski school in Nagano Prefecture and experienced more than 1000 ski lessons.
I also learned ski instruction in Whistler, Canada in 2016 and I was certified as CSIA ski instructor Level 2.

My easy to understand and friendly lessons are popular with many beginners.

I have an experience with skiing for more than 40 years.
I skied at many ski resorts in Japan and many in US as well (California, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico) as I used to live in California and Texas.
I am crazy about Backcountry skiing and Heli-Skiing these days.

I am from Tokyo, Japan.
I have been skiing since I was 5years old in Nagano, Japan.
And I have moved to Whistler, Canada 2009,
since that I have taught beginner adults, Alpine racing kids program,
many type of lessons in Whistler Blackcomb for 7 seasons.

I have been a Ski Guide for 26 years both as a Ski Guide and as a Tour Conductor in Europe.
I have conducted hiking, climbing, gourmet wine and food tours as well as relaxing spa tours.
I stay in Europe for 4-5 months of the year to conduct tours and to visit a nursing home even now.

I have climbed Mont Blanc 3 times, Monte Rosa for 3 times and Matterhorn for once.
